CODE OF CONDUCT

The company Servizi Funebri Nebuloni s.r.l. undertakes to:

  1. fully respect the ideas, wishes and religious beliefs expressed by the deceased and their family
  2. provide clear and complete information on the services offered and their prices, through the Charter of Services and a written Quotation in relation to the request and promptly inform the customer of any changes
  3. release promptly the invoice for the services provided
  4. provide timely and accurate customer assistance in dealing with the necessary administrative procedures, in full compliance with the regulations
  5. act responsibly and ethically in compliance with applicable laws, with particular attention to legislation concerning funeral services, work safety and environmental protection
  6. ensure that its staff are constantly informed and educated on the best procedures to be adopted for the treatment of the deceased, in full respect of the same and the family's grief
  7. operate with honesty, fairness, loyalty and confidentiality for all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, providers of work and institutions
  8. use propriety, clarity and sensitivity in presenting and advertising services and products
  9. ensure that under no circumstances gratuities or rewards are paid to third parties for the acquisition of funerals or confidential information about the state of health of the dying
  10. act in accordance with the principle of fair competition by adopting proper and transparent behaviour with regard to other professionals of the industry.
